Symptoms

In Argus Console -> System Configuration -> Field Configuration, a User Defined Number field has been set up by the customer under the General -> General Information section.

The field is currently read-only for the user, and the customer encounters an issue where they are unable to add or select the checkbox for "Selectable". The system displays the following message during these actions:

"This field was not configured through the user interface and hence, will be Read-Only. To make updates to the values, please modify them directly."
