Symptoms

On RMB v6.1.0.0.0, Inconsistent use of Membership Person Status INAC for group and individual.

Group Membership Cancel - inconsistent use of Membership Person Status INAC for group and individual.
For individual membership, INAC is used for termination and CNCL is used for cancel/never effective.

In addition, ensure the following works considering cancel/never effective scenarios will work:

a) If only dependent is set to cancel/never effective status, the membership remains active (since only the dependent is being cancelled) and a repricing request will be created to facilitate the recalculation of premium without the cancelled dependent.

b) Cancel/never effective of group membership with start date = end date is able to process with dependents that have a start date later than the membership start date.
