Service level subscriber preference of a customer is being copied to account level subscriber preference causing issues with respect to notification as customer is using subscriber preference details in notification payload.

Due to this behavior, BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) and ECE (Elastic Charging Engine) subscriber preference profile are going out of sync and when customer updates some of the service level subscriber preference its not reflecting in notification payload and its still picking the values from Account level subscriber preference.
