Symptoms

Users are getting insufficient privilege error besides having the privilege in Web Client and Process Extensions (PXs).

The error seen in the agileDomain.log file which is located under [agile home]\agileDomain\servers\xxxAgile\logs.

<BEA-000503> <Incoming message header or abbreviation processing failed.

Intermittent Issue:

1. Log into Web Client
2. Open a Change Object
3. Click the Affected Items tab
4. Add an Item to the Affected Items tab
