How per day threshold can be maintained and reset at midnight in bypass mode for a customer?

During a planned maintenance activity or in an unplanned downtime of an Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) node, Online Charging System (OCS) ByPass mode is enabled to persist the credit control requests (CCRs) in persistence Database (DB) and replayed when ECE nodes are restored.

The business requirement is, for any customer total voice/data usage for a day should be restricted to a certain threshold, beyond this no further usage to be allowed. This max usage again should be reset at mid-night to allow for usage next day.

For example: Local voice usage is limited up to 100 minutes for a day and local data usage till 1GB.
