Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.7.4.0, unable to delete previously configured transaction strategy rules due to a security vulnerability. When attempting to delete the rules, the following error message is displayed:

"2000088: Found Security Vulnerability" pop-up error message

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Asset Liability Management -> ALM Assumption Specification -> Transaction Strategies
2. Select a rule and attempt to delete
