Symptoms

OHI Component: Claims Administration


We have a handful of claims that are stuck in INITIAL status. This only happens for one country and cannot be re-produced on other environments. The error is the NullPointerException.

EXPECTED: The claims should be successfully FINALIZED.


ERRORS: GEN-PROC-ERR: An error occurred in processing the request; for more information about the error search the logging for occurrences of "java.lang.NullPointerException"
