Symptoms

On : 8.1.0.0.0 version, Unified Metadata Manager_OFSS

ERROR
-----------------------
Observed the following error message in "catalina.out" log file:

 java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
  at java.util.Arrays.copyOfRange(Arrays.java:3664)
  at java.lang.String.(String.java:207)


Observed the following error message pop in  the excel upload UI screen:

[17235] Excel upload failed with insufficient heap memory on the web server

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

Data management Framework ->Data entry Forms and queries ->excel upload
