Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Clinical Development Analytics (CDA) 4.0.0 version,
The field % Plan > Early Term > Actual is showing the correct value when no filter is used,
and the wrong value of 0 when Study filter is being used.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log in to CDA.
2. From Dashboards, go to Study Manager > Overview - Report Layout – Summary View
3. Ensure no filters are placed. If there are filters placed, please remove them.
4. Identify a study having % Plan > Early Term > Actual populated with a value.
5. Using the study filter from the left of the screen, select the exact same study title as the one from point 4.
6. Notice how % Plan > Early Term > Actual is populated with 0.
