UCM File Transfer Failure (Doc ID 3026365.1)

Symptoms

On : DIH 8.1.0 

When attempting to view the status of the document upload to UCM

STEPS
-----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to execute the batch that generates the ZIP file and uploads to UCM
2. Once the batch is executed, navigate to Subledger screen , select the SLA and check for the document upload status ,the status is shown as Error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot verify the UCM upload file status.
