Symptoms

While setting up the InForm Remote Location configuration, the following error is encountered:

"DMW-###: Invalid InForm remote location (REMOTE_LOCATION_NAME) or study account (STUDY_ACCOUNT_NAME)
Error message (possibly from remote server):
ORA-20009: Not a properly configured study account. Mandatory tables or views are missing.
