New Bundle is Considered During Ongoing Session Change Bundle Scenario (Doc ID 3026469.1)

Symptoms

Issue is seen where the new offering which is activated during the change bundle is visible during the midSession request. New bundles should not be considered during midsession Used Service Unit (USU) rating

Consider the following scenario.

1. Started to use data, RCC is 50€ at the moment.
When consumption reaches around 370MB, daily bucket is synched with Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) database.

3. Consumption continues and stopped after nearly 200MBs more from new daily bucket FGO

Now getBalance is showing:

Considering both data plans limit for FGH and FGO is equal to 15.90 + 15.90 = 31.80€, but RCC used is 33.80€, which is incorrect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

RCC should stop and not be consumed as per data plan limit.
