Symptoms

When attempting to download the P6 Professional Client via ClickOnce, the following error occurs:

ERROR

An error occurred trying to download 'https://p6.oraclecloud.com/...../p6professionalcloud/x64/P6Professional.application'.
See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\<tmp directory>\install.log' for more information.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Click on 'Install P6 Professional' (ClickOnce Installer).
  2. Observe the error.
