Unable To Retrieve Unmask SSN Via App Details & Acc Details WS Resp As Per Organization Param Config (Doc ID 3026942.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to retrieve unmask SSN via Application Details and Account Details WS response as per Organization Parameter "Responsibility" configuration

Users with Responsibility "SUPERUSER" retrieving masked SSN in Application Details and Account Details WS response

Note : In 14.12 -PS 14 (section 16.10), product introduced enhancement to retrieve unmasked SSN as per existing Organization Parameter ‘UIX_HIDE_RESTRICTED_DATA.
However during testing, observed we are unable to retrieve unmask SSN via Application Details and Account Details WS response as per Organization Parameter "Responsibility" configuration.

Note - Configuration working fine only for "Application Search" WS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users with Responsibility "SUPERUSER" should see un-masked SSN in Application Details and Account Details WS response

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open System Parameter > Organization and configure 'UIX_HIDE_RESTRICTED_DATA' param value as 'Y' for user having responsibility as "Superuser"
2. Invoke Application Details ws through a user having responsibility as Superuser
3. Verify that ws response contains the SSN# in masked value

BUSINESS IMPACT
