Document Management Configuration for Argus Bridge Fails With Error "Failure while saving configuration" (Doc ID 3027171.1)

Symptoms

Facing the below error in Argus Console when saving the Document Management Services Configuration for Argus Bridge using a custom DLL (Dynamic Link Library) following below steps;

Argus Console > System Configuration > Webservice > Bridge Configuration, select Service = Bridge Configuration

 

 

 

"Failure while saving configuration."

Changes

CARA5 (third party document storage solution) was being used instead of Documentum. A custom JSON and DLL were upload into Argus Console.
