Duplicate Search Not Working After Reporting Destination Profile Update From R2 To R3 (Doc ID 3027416.1)

Symptoms

Given a reporting destination configured with R2 profile reporting, having E2B files already imported but not accepted yet as cases. These reports can be found under ICSR pending screen.

Update the message and acknowledgement profile for the destination in console under EDI tab to R3 profile.

Open ICSR pending screen, initiate Duplicate Search against one of the reports which were already present before the config update.

The duplicate search screen is blank and no data is populated.
