Process IFRS_POPULATE_RPT_TBLS_<LIAB_CALC_ID> Is Failing

Symptoms
On : IAA 8.1.2.3 version, Data Model
When attempting to execute a process named 'IFRS_POPULATE_RPT_TBLS_<LIAB_CALC_ID>'. But it is getting failed on a function named 'DT_IIA_POPULATE_RPT_TBLS'.
ERROR
-----------------------
We can see following error in the log table 'FSI_IIA_DT_LOG_MESSAGES' which is:
LOG_NUM :: 9 ERR:: ORA-00001: unique constraint (IFRSATM.PK_313) violated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the batches as per IIA Run chart.
2.Use case : we have create a cohort without Location dimension and in LOA also we have not used the location in that also.
3. Run the POPULATE_RPT_TBLS_<LIAB_CALC_ID>.
4. Check the DT log
