Unable To Create Subledger Defintion Giving Save Failed Error In Definition Screen (Doc ID 3028210.1)

Symptoms

We are unable to create subledger definition and it is giving error on subledger definition details screen, as from what we have tested its mainly because of select general ledger accounts tab where its not allowing us to select more then 288 general ledger entries/members in the hierarchy any entry once 288 general ledgers are selected is giving an error while saving as save failed error.
