BRM 12 PS7 Software Compatibility With Perl 5.38.2 Version (Doc ID 3029143.1)

As per the Oracle Critical Patch Update (CPU) April 2024 for Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (Doc ID 3012555.1), CPU CVE-2023-47100 mentions to upgrade the Perl version to 5.38.2 from 5.32.1.

But as per the document https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/communications/billing-revenue/12.0/compatibility-matrix/brm-prerequisite-software-compatibility1.html#GUID-C55FEA63-C92D-4FB5-976F-3B413FFABF1F, Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12 PatchSet (PS7) is not compatible with 5.38.2.

Please confirm if 12 BRM PS7 is compatible with 5.38.2.

Is it mandatory to install Perl 5.38.2 version to install patch 36286501 ? In other words, is the patch 36286501 can be installed with existing version of Perl 5.32.1?
