XITEMMOD Not Update VAT_ITEM TABLE (Doc ID 3029565.1)

Goal

Using SOAPUI, run a xitemMod message type with vat information in the message.

VAT_ITEM table do not show the new information, but the item_desc in ITEM_MASTER is updated.
