Symptoms
When attempting to open Portfolio screen of OFSAA MRM, the following error occurs in UI.

DB operation failed, please contact system administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MRMM application
2. Open portfolio screen
3. Fill the details and save
