Symptoms

On environment running Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.4.7 which was upgraded to 12.0.0.4.16, but then rollback has been done, the following error is logged by DiameterGateway (DGW) when STR (Session Termination Request) message is processed:
