Performance Issue while Downloading The Pdf - Print Button In ECM (Doc ID 3030264.1)

Goal

Users are unable to successfully print or generate the printable PDFs within cases. When selecting the print button, selecting the business tab to print, and then clicking "View PDF", the PDF does not download or generate a link to open a download. The request appears to load for quite some time based on the spinning wheel however, the PDF does not download - even when left to load for over an hour and it is observed that related cases/events grid query only causing the performance issue.
