P6 Professional Cloud Connect Slow When Attempting to Login or Save Changes with Local Cache Enabled (Doc ID 3030805.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to login using P6 Professional Cloud Connect with Local Cache enabled, it takes a long time to complete (7+ minutes).  Saving changes when using P6 ProCloudConnect is slow (3-5 mins).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Logging in should take under 1 minute and updates should be posted immediately.
