Need for Having a No-Mailbox-User, With the Ability to Send Mail (Doc ID 3031014.1)

Goal

One needs to have an email account, using which one can send emails but not receive any.

For example, send mail with attachments to 10000+ users at once but not receive any reply emails on that account. If a recipient replies to that email ID, he or she should be notified that no mail can be sent to that email ID.

How can this be achieved, and how can one send this mail by connecting to the SMTP server?
