Mobile App Task List Displays Incorrect Task Count (Doc ID 3031225.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.12.12.0 version, Unifier Mobile 

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using Unifier mobile app to refresh task list, it does not show the new assigned task unless synchronization is completed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the refresh task list function works well when dragging down in the task list of mobile app.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier mobile app.
  2. Navigate to task list and dragging down it to refresh the list.
  3. The latest tasks assigned are not displaying.
  4. If going to synchronization and complete the synchronization.
  5. Then navigate to task list, the new tasks assigned are showing there.
