Symptoms

On 8.1.2.1 version, when attempting to change Maximum Numbers Allowed in Password in System Configuration, the value is not saved.
Navigation: System Configuration - Password Number Maximum


Steps To Replicate:
1. Login as Sysadmn and navigate to System Configuration > System Configuration
2. Update Password Numbers Minimum to 1, and Maximum to 1 or any number.
3. Saved successfully without any error. Minimum is showing 1 but Maximum is showing blank.
