No Data Available in PBRER 6.2 & 6.3 Excel Output (Doc ID 3032640.1)

Symptoms

The user generated a Periodic Safety Update Report (PSUR) with PBRER sections 6.2 and 6.3 in the Argus Safety application. While the PSUR PDF report was generated successfully, no data was available in the PBRER 6.2 and 6.3 Excel output. The Excel sheet displayed the message:

"No data found for report"
