Symptoms

max_fore_sales_date is not updating in sys_params table and Business Modeler

When running Forecast Engine as month end process, max_fore_sales_date is not updating in system.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run engine (From Workflow or Manually)
2. Review status of max_fore_sales_date
3. Discrepancy in sys_params and Business modeler
