Goal

User product implementation supports various lookup tables for different services such as voice, data, sms, content MMS etc.
Each table holds 500 to 1000 records approx. During any usage/session, every credit control request refers/lookup these tables to find out the mapped values to validate and meet business requirements.
To replicate the same configuration in new ECE based system, User also need to create multiple extended cache in ECE and also need to refer during charging journey in DGW/ECE.
