Symptoms
In ECM Case details Events tab , Same Customer or Account Added to Involved Party Tab Multiple Times.
on selection of a customer/account from customer list/account list grid, select the "Designate As Involved Party" button .
It will open a Designate as Involved Party popup window.
Select the Relationship Type value and click on "SAVE" button multiple times.
In Involved Party tab same customer/account is added multiple times.
