Goal
On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.4.16 version, High Availability
User has an Active-Passive ECE on which they tried to enable Active-Active configuration without a complete restart because it is not possible to do it on the production environment on the go-live of this test.
They configured the federated cache on Site 1 and Site 2 clusters, they did a Rolling Upgrade Server in site 1 and executed reloadChargingConfiguration.sh script to load the new charging settings. They managed to start site 2 with gridSync command and they started all site 2 applications, but they can't start gridSync on site 1. Checking the configuration with jconsole, they can see that the origin beam is not created on site 1.
Is it possible to enable Active-Active configuration without restarting ECE from scratch?
