ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ACCOUNT DELETE - TXN AMORTIZE RECORDS DELETION NOT HAPPENING
User running a Delete script on voided account and request is failing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should successfully execute the Delete Account Request.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Lease Account, Run billing, ACR, TAM and GLI batch jobs on appropriate Run date next.
2. GL Transactions for the Account posted in GL Transactions screen.
3. Values populated in TXNS, TXNS_AMORTIZE, GL_TXN and GL_TXN_DETAILS tables.
4. Reverse the Active Transaction.
5. Delete the Account.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot execute the Delete Account Request successfully.
