No prior year interest being display on the UI screen

Users want to see prior year interest paid in the UI screen. This is needed for instant & real time customer queries related to interest paid.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users want to see prior year interest paid in the UI screen to answer instant & real time customer queries related to interest paid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Home Loan account with collateral having 1098 Not Required flag as No
2. Generate billing and late charge for the account till last day of the year i.e., 31-Dec
3. Make few payments for the account during the year make sure payment is allocated to Interest and Late charge
4. Run SET-TPE TXNYTD_BJ_100_01 BATCH JOB for Year End Processing data
5. Display by adding new field '1098 Reported Amt' under Customer Service > Account Details > Account Details with the total of Interest and Late charge paid during the entire year.
