Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Issue - Webhook is not fired and failed when FTA attribute "Date" type is picked as first in run time JSON query formation. Following error displayed:

  Ora Error Code: 1858
  Ora Error Msg: ORA-01858: a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected

System unable to convert date format appropriately if FTA attribute selected at first position is date datatype in JSON query.

Note: This issue is not occurring every time but is dependent when system is querying and picking ADC_DECISION_DT (Date type attribute) as first in event JSON response parameters.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Webhook should fire when system is querying and picking ADC_DECISION_DT (Date type attribute) as first in event JSON query exec.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take an application in "Rejected: Auto Rejected" status: sub status, hence event should fire and action Webhook should be performed.
2. Check webhook action invoked and JSON response created successfully.
3. Currently user see status as "Failed" and Webhook action not invoked as error occurred during JSON response creation

Due to this issue, users cannot have webhook is fired and failed when FTA attribute "Date" type is picked as first in run time JSON query formation.
