Discrepancy Between JConsole And Charging-Setting.xml (Doc ID 3035164.1)

Goal

In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) - Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) after applying the Patch Set 8 Interim Patch 9 some discrepancies are found in between the charging-setting.xml file and Jconsole.
Some parameters can be visible in JConsole but do not appear in charging-setting.xml configuration file.

Here is the list of missing parameters:

- `CustomBrmOpcodeEventNotificationMode`
- `httpSyExtension`
