Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.4.0 version,
When attempting to perform the steps from section "Upgrade Existing Business Area for Custom Listings" in DMW 3.4 Installation Guide document,
the following error occurs for CDR_UPGRADE_CLBA job log:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgrade LSH/DMW 3.2 to 3.4.
2. Execute the steps from section "Upgrade Existing Business Area for Custom Listings" and run the cdrupgradeclba.sql script.
