Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.34 version, Client Activity

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Mask Security is not functioning for the Comments Screen.
When the business attempts to apply Security within Rules Palette (RP), the Fields do not display within the PlanPage Security.
Further investigation has shown that this behavior is seen in all of the environments.
Also all of the environments have the Comments Screen configured in the Business Rules - System Structure.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The business should be able to add Masks to Fields on the Comments Screen and add Security to those Masks.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into RP.
2. Add a Mask via the Admin Explorer - Administration - Masks
3. Update the CommentsScreen BR and add DataType MASK to the Section,
4. Attempt to apply Security to the Masks on the Fields [Goto the Admin Explorer - Security - Application Security - Security Groups - Plan Security- Plan Pages = PolicyComments]
5. Fields do not Display.
