Unexpected Records In General Ledger Report (Doc ID 3036242.1)

Goal

Unexpected records is observing in General Ledger (GL) Report extract, although these records do not exist in the event_t/journal_t tables but seeing records in the ledger_report_t/ledger_report_accts_t with GL Report type 4.

How and why these records are appearing in the GL extract?

Steps:
First run in report with skip_file option:
pin_ledger_report -mode export -segment $segment -skip_export_file_creation

Then run export in resend option:
pin_ledger_report -mode export -resend 0.0.0.1-<process_audit_poid>
