Symptoms
Getting "Duplicate job submission for batch control BatchControl_Id(CM_RECDP)." messages
Error "Duplicate job submission for batch control BatchControl_Id(CM_RECDP)." messages when jobs are being run from an external scheduling system and mostly when jobs run hourly.
Restarting the ThreadPoolWorker process seems to help but that is not tenable since it kills long running jobs.
