Freight information should be retained when PO split is performed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO.
2. Freight Info is retained
3. Split the PO.
4. Notice that in the child PO, Freight Info is not retained.

Due to this issue, users have to manually add the details to approve the PO's
