Create Worksheet order & Approved order on Buyer worksheet took long time

Performance issue with create worksheet & approved order on buyer worksheet. Took more than 40 sec after click “Yes” button on the pop-up screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into RMS
2. Click on Buyer Worksheet.
3. Enter Location type, Location, & supplier site
4. Hit Search
5. From the available list choose items where "orders exists" checkbox is unchecked and try to update Actual quantities for 3 or more items.
6. Select those change records
7. Click on Worksheet order / Approved Order button
8. Click Yes on the alert "do you want to continue"
9. Notice performance issue until the order search screen
