When attempting to leave the UI session idle for 10+ mins then
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open RMS application, leave the session idle for 10+mins, observe the error -ADF_FACES-30200:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: The UIViewRoot is null. Fatal exception during PhaseId: RENDER_RESPONSE 6
