Symptoms
In P6 Web, the following error occurs intermittently with the Save and Cancel buttons when:
- Using Fill-Down to change Start or Finish Dates.
- Updating Resource Actual Units in the bottom Assignments tab.
Updating the same Start or Finish Dates individually or updating the Resource Assignment Actual Units a second time does not cause the error.
ERROR
Total Float must be between 0d and 12,500,000,000d
The issue can be reproduced intermittently with the following steps:
- Log-on to P6 Web.
- Go to Projects > Activities.
- Use Fill-Down to change Finish Dates or update Resource Assignment Actual units.
- Receive error.
