CStudio 8127 - Case Details Not Showing Up While Running IHub L1 Notebook (Doc ID 3038541.1)

Symptoms

We are trying to execute the Investigation Hub L1 notebook in Compliance Studio 8.1.2.7 , but during execution the case details are not showing up the in the result. 

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Access the ECM application.

2. Click on case

3. Click on Investigation hub.

 

Expected result:

The Notebook should open and run. 

Actual result:
The notebook is not running
