Symptoms
FCC_ACCT_RSTRN data population issue in ECM batch.
Below mentioned column is not a mandatory column (acct_rstrn.rstrn_entry_user_intrl_id) as per (FSDMRG-Vol1_8.1.2.5_1ed.pdf) doc. In the Data movement query there is a inner join with non mandatory column. Since it is non-mandatory, Customer is not flowing the data to this column.
INNER JOIN fcc_employee_lookup ON acct_rstrn.rstrn_entry_user_intrl_id = fcc_employee_lookup.emp_intrl_id
