Ongoing consumption extract Run throws null pointer exception from RetrieveMeasurements_Impl program
While doing testing for <Patch 36298029>, we found that ongoing consumption extract batch CM-CCF60 batch control similar to D2-IDEPD is throwing null pointer exception when there exist no interval as well as scalar reads for given date range.
The issue mentioned in the patch was tested but null pointer error comes when no interval and scalar reads present.
