Do we have any option in ReSA - Audit users credentials, logout and user changes ?

We have been requested by external auditors as a urgent measure to track the following security information:
1) The timestamp, the source ip and the username every time a user credentials the app.
2) The timestamp and the username every time a user log-off the app.
So we would know be able to track who logs in, from where and how long it's credentials.

Is there any setting that can be activated or any table that holds this information?

We were also asked if it's possible to track the creation/modification/delete of any data by who, at what time and what was the change.
Besides checking the last_update_id columns is there any other place that holds this information?
