Symptoms

Case id is not genarting for few of the alerts

Steps to reproduce: Promote to case on CS alerts

Actual Behavior: The alerts is not promoted to case and case ID field is empty

Expected Behavior: The case to be generated and case iD field in Alert summary should be shown with case iD
