Goal
1. There are 2 variables - SUBMITREST_USER, SUBMITREST_PWD in ENVIRON.INI file.
How can these 2 variables be set in C2M so that it can reflect in ENVIRON.INI file.
Will submitbatchREST.sh script work if it reads encrypted password from ENVIRON.INI file?
